I have had the pleasure of working with Insaf for the past two years and can confidently say that she is a remarkable leader and problem solver, with a talent for inspiring and motivating her teams.
I was lucky to work as part of Insaf's team during her time as UX Design Director for ibm.com. I was always impressed by her ability to build and manage a diverse group and still find time to mentor new designers.
Insaf's leadership in our PLG projects as a UX Director has yielded exceptional results. Her creative problem-solving and strategic thinking were key to the success of these projects. She also has the ability to encourage and drive her teams to deliver high-quality work while also fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
In addition to her outstanding leadership skills, Insaf’s expertise in UX design and strategy has been invaluable to our web teams and has helped us to achieve our goals. I highly recommend Insaf for any Director position.
Insaf became my partner, leading the IBM Levers design teams on the UX/UI side a year or so ago. In that time she’s been nothing but super organized, proactive, thoughtful and articulate, And she’s a great partner and collaborator, good at both pro-posing large, long term objectives and the tactical details that move us towards achieving them. it’s been great working together. She’s terrific.
